Accessibility
Everyone should be able to learn about a home loan, run the numbers and reach us, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We test the site with a keyboard, at screen widths down to a small phone, and with automated checks before changes go live.
What that means on this site
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, and a "skip to content" link jumps past the menu.
- You can zoom the page; text reflows instead of running off the screen.
- Form fields have written labels, and errors are described in words, not by color alone.
- Images that carry meaning have text descriptions.
- Videos load only when you choose to play them.
- Text and buttons are checked for color contrast.
Known limits
Some PDFs on the Documents page are published by government agencies and other organizations, and we cannot change how they are built. Online application systems we link to are run by other companies. If either gives you trouble, call us and we will go through it with you or send the information another way.
Tell us what got in your way
If any part of this site is hard to use, we want to hear about it. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will help you get what you need in the meantime.
