Who we are

Crystal Clear Mortgage was founded in 2008 with one goal: making the home buying process “Crystal Clear”. We pride ourselves on being upfront and honest with our customers from start to finish during the loan process.

With friendly experts who have your best interest at heart, we work to make home financing easy from start to home. Every borrower is unique, so we start with what you hope to accomplish, whether you’re looking to buy a first home or a forever home, lower your interest rate, or get access to much-needed cash.

How it started

Adam Simmons, a native Texan, graduated from Klein High School in 1996 and from what is now Texas State University in 2000, with a degree in Marketing and Business Administration. After six years in Austin, he and his wife, Tiffany, moved closer to family to raise theirs. They settled in Montgomery in June 2006.

Adam has worked in the home finance industry since 2003. He started Crystal Clear Mortgage in 2008, and has helped thousands of people with their goals of home ownership in Montgomery County and across Texas.

Adam has personally funded over $1 billion in home loans, and Crystal Clear Mortgage as a company is close to $2 billion.

Giving back to Montgomery

It is the mission of Crystal Clear Mortgage to give back to the community that has given so much. The company is a proud sponsor of:

• the Montgomery County Rodeo and Cookoff
• numerous Montgomery Independent School District events
• MISD golf, cheer and football programs
• many other charity and local events

Adam has served as a Trustee on the Montgomery ISD School Board, and on the Board of Directors for the Montgomery Central Appraisal District, working hand in hand with the Tax Assessor/Collector and the Chief Appraiser.
