Brad is a Senior Mortgage Originator with Crystal Clear Mortgage. He has almost 20 years of mortgage related experience in loan originating right here in Montgomery County.

Brad is a Senior Partner and started “The Bailey Team” in 2015 with fellow team members which include Eric Afflitto and Dorothy Wenker. The Bailey Team joined forces with Crystal Clear Mortgage in January of 2018 to make them not only one of a very few “teams” in the mortgage industry but also give it the best rates and fees in the industry.

When not originating loans, Brad enjoys spending time with his family traveling and RV’ing all over the country. He moved to Lake Conroe in 1999 and has never looked back. Married his high school sweetheart Holly in 2002 and has two children, Aryn, in high school and is Varsity Band, and Clay, in junior high and loves to play football.

Being in the business for almost 20 years here in Lake Conroe means that Brad has placed 1000’s of clients either into their first home or the dream home locally. He takes great pride in his name and being known for taking the time to guide those to home ownership
